Fresh motor, 3 sets of TE:AL BimmerWorld wheels with 2 sets mounted with brand new Bridgestone RE-71RS, 285/35-18 tires.

Body integrity:
Conforming roll cage with NASA required rear extensions.
X brace.
All suspension attachment points to body have been reinforced (includes front and rear sub frame and rear trailing arm pockets).
Rebuildable Morehead Speed Works motor mounts.
Stock transmission mount.
Solid rear sub frame mounts.
All other rear mounts are solid.
Seat mounts on welded-in bars.
Front and rear windshields and side glass all Lexan.
Tow hooks front and rear.
Motor:
Fresh build with less than an hour on it.
Stock S54, all parts used in the build were BMW OEM.
The motor was built by Terry Sayther, Austin, TX.
New alternator with spare alternator.
New power steering pump with spare pump.
New water pump with spare pump.
New serpentine belt with 2 new spares.
5 angle grind on head.
New titanium spring retainers.
New valve springs.
New coil packs with 2 sets in spares.
New plugs (Iridium DCPR9EIX) with a set of new plugs in spares.
All oil and gas lines are steel braided and AN connected.
New Petersen cleanable oil filter with 60 micron screen.
Nearly new battery, Odyssey yellow top.
The motor is managed by a stock E46 ECU with an Epic Motorsports custom wiring harness to the motor. The Epic Motorsports “USB to OBDII” cable is included. Spare ECU included.
The stock wiring harness for the car has been replaced with a custom harness. The new harness has no extra (useless) wires.
Driveline:
JB Racing floating race clutch with lightweight flywheel. Two sets of new clutch plates included in spares.
Freshly rebuilt ZF transmission with all new parts by WaganGlobal ($7500 invested). Spare stock ZF transmission included.
CAE adjustable shifter.
Hardened driveshaft by BimmerWorld with spare driveshaft.
Freshly built, hardened and coated 3.91 diff by WaganGlobal ($5000 invested).
Aftermarket diff support.
Large diameter rear half shafts rebuilt and hardened by BimmerWorld with spare half shaft.
Cooling:
Significant effort to cool all fluids:
BimmerWorld power steering fluid cooler.
Tranny fluid cooler (radiator, Spal fan and Tilton pump mounted in space of stock gas tank with AN lines).
Diff fluid cooler (same specs as tranny cooler).
New oil cooler (E46 type – mounted under radiator) with another cooler in spares.
Custom shrouding for air flow into radiator.
Suspension/brakes:
Coil overs front and rear.
MCS single adjustable dampers – one new, other’s rebuilt one year ago.
Hypercoil springs. Several sets of other spring rate springs included in spares.
New tie rod ends with spares.
New sway bar mounts/links.
New front hubs/bearings with a new set in spares.
New rear hubs/bearings with a new set in spares.
PFC front calipers rebuilt 1 year ago. Rebuild kit with new pistons and seals in spares.
Stoptech rear calipers rebuilt 1 year ago. Used Stoptech calipers in spares.
All new rotors with another new set in spares.
New custom compound brake pads, front and rear with another new full set in spares.
The standard E36 3 channel ABS system was replaced by the E46 4 channel MK60 ABS system.
Fuel system:
ATL 22 gallon fuel cell. Displacement blocks installed to limit total fuel capacity to 20.2 gallons (WRL rules) with 2 internal fuel pumps (Bosch 044) for redundancy.
1/2 gallon Radium surge tank with 2 fuel pumps for redundancy.
Petersen fuel filter with cleanable 45 micron screen.
Fuel pressure regulator located near the fuel cell.
Fuel sampling hoses/hardware installed.
Wheels and tires:
3 sets of Bimmerworld TE:AL wheels, all gloss black, 18x11.
2 sets of brand new Bridgestone Potenza RE-71RS tires (all stored in a completely dark, air conditioned room).
1 set of used Bridgestone tires.
Bimmerworld studs and lug nut less than a year old.
Driver related items:
New MXP AiM data system (serial number 6700578) with extra memory module. All appropriate sensors with alarms. Includes Smarty Cam and rear back up camera. Memory module can collect 8 hours’ worth of data.
Motorola digital radio base station in the car with 2 handheld units and extra batteries.
Racetech seat model RT4119WGR, good through 2024. The seat has it’s own ventilation plumbed with outside air provided through a NACA duct and dedicated fan.
Seat is currently bolted in, not adjustable but a new Racetech seat slider is included in spares.
Extra seat cushions included for driver adjustment.
NACA duct air supply for helmet air.
NACA duct installed for a Cool Shirt or Chillout system (these systems are not included).
Lifeline 6 pt ‘quick release’ harness good through 2027.
Race Quip window net good through Jun 2024.
Schroth center net good through 2024.
