S54 powered 1995 M3 Track Car SOLD
Owned, driven and maintained since 1999 as a dedicated HPDE track car, never raced competitively. The car currently has 97K miles, with approximately 11K since the S54 swap. I’ve been playing with other cars (ZLE and GT4) for the last couple of years, so it has been spending too much time gathering dust. It’s been tough to make the call to let it go, as it’s faster and more engaging than my GT4, but I just don’t have the energy to maintain multiple track toys any more.
S54 from 2005 M3 with 53K miles installed at 86K using the stock M3 5-speed. Rod bearings and Vanos bolts were replaced at that time. Bimmerworld/Epic swap components and tune using factory ECU. 321 whp on Dynojet. Build was focused on reliability, not maximum HP. Full service history since 1999 available.
The car still has full glass, including power windows but no HVAC, and weighs approximately 2800 pounds.

JRZ double adjustable coilovers (non-remote), 2018 Olsen rebuild
700/900 springs, with spare 800 front springs.
