It feels great, sounds smooth too. Every time I get a new car I join a forum so I look forward to reading many pages for help, guidance, and diy.
I've worked on cars since I was 12 and till this day in my early 40's I'm still turning wrenches.
Everyone tried to talk me out of it but my dad had BMW for a long time and he loved his 84 328i convertible.

I wanted to share a video of the car engine. I'm going to purchase it later today. it sounds smooth.

Its got low miles

Hello BMWturbo008, welcome!

Generally if the car has great options (HID or LED headlights), 8.8" widescreen navigation, etc. then it's likely worth it.

Take note that the early N20/N26 engine had some troubling issues with its timing chain, which apparently got better for the later years (such as 2016).

As far as maintenance, knowing how to wrench on your own car is great. You can expect a valve cover gasket service, spark plugs, etc. If you have access to a proper diagnosis system that can read BMW manufacturer codes, etc. then you'll be well ahead.

The ideal system would be a windows laptop with ENET cable and the software ISTA (this is the BMW dealer software; most likely it will be an illegitimate copy, so make sure you don't pay money if it's pirated).
