Shaking steering wheel, non consistent

Hi, have a 2013 F31 Rwd (19000km) where it sometimes shakes very much in the steering wheel, like 10-20mm up and down. Usually happens at about 80km/h, only feel in the steering wheel, do not feel it in the body, interior, etc. I have also experienced that the car, for short periods, wants to "track" in the wrong direction when I drive in long corners.
New tires, and then also newly balanced wheels. It feels strange if there is an imbalance when it does not happen consistently?
