Mounting Vaders Lower

I have Vaders in my E36 and they sit up way too high for me. Either I have the seat flat and my head hits the roof or I tilt the seat back and my knees are on the steering wheel. I didn't install the seats, would I be able to mount them lower? They're in amazing shape and are fairly comfy, I just want them to sit lower.
