In about 6 months I’ll sell my BMW: 2016 F30 340i Estoril Blue 6MT RWD M package Track Package 72,000 miles. Sole owner, garage kept for most of its life, never tracked, never modified, never in an accident, and mostly highway driven. It’s in beautiful shape. Selling it because I’ll be going full M. What’s a fair price in your opinion? Thanks!

I don't know if this helps, but I just purchased a 2018 340i with 28,500 miles for $35K from a dealer. 6MT, RWD, MPPSK, premium package, M sport package, performance package.

I was also looking at a 2017 340i with about 72,000 miles that another dealer was selling for $27,700, but someone else got to it first.
