Engine swap N20 TO B48

Hi i have a 2014 428i 245HP N20 i want to swap to a B48 cuz my engine broke down did anyone swap from N20 to B48? Thanks

It's "possible" but will need complete rewiring, replacement DME, and a lot of changes to the auxiliary systems. B48 is a better engine, but it would be a big project to upgrade to it.

Sometimes it's just easier to stick with the old lump that you do have, unless you have deep pockets.
