So this error is popping up on a scanner and I’ve noticed that the car seems like it is burning more fuel ever since the check engine light came on. Scanner shows it’s some vent line. Is this the correct part below? Already checked the gas cap doesn’t seem to be an issue it makes the clicking sound as I turn it so it seems OK
What where is this vent line and how can I change it? Is it easy to change or need to take it to a mechanic garage ?

The code is not for the pipe, it's for the electric wire.

The vent *valve* is under the hood by the engine area, connected to some of the piping for the tank ventilation system. I'm really unsure why you're pulling up the parts diagram for the fuel tank. Oddly, the part picture you have is not what you looked up in realOEM. Although, that does look like the valve on the end.
The valve is reporting a disconnection. This means either it's disconnected from its control wires, or the valve itself burned out.

Hi!
I unplugged this and replugged it in and made sure it made a clicking sound but check engine light is still on. Where does the other end of this cable go to? I think it might be disconnected at the other end…
