Want to upgrade my old tape stereo with something that looks similar.

I just bought a 1999 E36 M3 Convertible and would like to replace my original tape stereo with something that looks similar with modern features. Anyone had any ideas?

Check out Bavtek. I bought a restored C43 headunit from them with integrated bluetooth. It's great. Most aftermarket options look terrible and the pixels do not match the rest of the E36 interior.

There is also a Continental headunit that has similar colored pixels to the E36 interior.

Yup I totally agree, this HU matches the interior very well.
