Hi all - looking to buy E31 850 auto or 6MT - year, color, mileage, etc does not really matter - condition and long ownership with maintenance records does. Not looking for a garage queen - but a nice driver. Budget depends on the condition, but I'm thinking $18-20K range. I'm in Texas, but ok flying anywhere in US and picking it up for the right car. Let me know what you have. PM or post here.

Thanks!

If you are still looking, just listed this one this morning. Pics are on the BMW 840/850 Owners Group on Facebook:

1993 Mauritius Blue 850Ci for sale in Dallas, TX:
Listing this for a friend:
Car has the 2-tone grey interior, 124,700 miles. This car has fully functioning EDC shocks. There are no leaks of any kind.
This 850 was recently purchased from an enthusiast and has had a few things upgraded since then. Car has a new OEM exhaust installed as well as new Zimmermann Cross Drilled brake rotors and brand new pads. Incorrect aftermarket wheels and 9 year old tires were immediately removed and replaced woth brand new Continental Extreme Contact DW06+ rubber (245/40-18 fronts and 285/35-18 rears on brand new ALPINA style rims by Maxilite that were ceramic coated prior to install. A three spoke sport steering wheel (with M-stitching) is installed on the car. The car has a few minor chips in the paint that have been touched up by the previous owner. The underside of this car is super clean and all suspension parts seem in order. Car drives smooth, quiet and straight.

The reason for the sale is my crazy friend just purchased a fairly low mileage 850 that fell into his lap and he likes that one much better (it’s red…)

Listing the car at $19,800 but open to offers - he only has room for one.

If you’re looking for a well sorted car to start with, this is the one. The 1993’s were the first year with the nicer door sill trim (stainless steel with full length black trim), as well as a few other “shinier” things.

PM me for his contact info as he is not on any social media.
