WTB: S54 Complete Motor

Looking for a S54 complete motor for my E36. SMG or Manual is fine, I don't need the transmission. Ideally looking for one with all accessories, harness and ECU.

I'm located in Seattle, but am open to shipping as well (I can arrange freight shipping if needed)
