there isnt one one the front plastic bumper so the one you stole should go on your car no problem

they are just plastic and there is no identifying mark on them..

I could have sworn I saw a VIN on my bumper on the inside the last time I took it out but I can't be sure.

there is a vin on the front and rear bumpers

There is a label inside. When my bumper was stolen, the replacement cover had a DOT-R sticker.

I have seen two removed. ANd neither of them had stickers anywhere on them
