1999 e36 323ic Outer Ball Joint Failure! Ugh

Replaced all my front end parts in 2019, 3 years ago.. TRW maybe, :mad cant find the order because 3 years its blown away and think they were lifetime. Had a bumping in the front end a month ago, thought it was just lug nuts, to my surprise both ball joints popped out. Now I'm like WTF? how did that happen? More than a cheap part? What do I do next? do I get Meyle HD, Lemforder, and since it was a kit I bought, should I just replace the whole control arm bushing system.
Ugh, has anyone had them both pop like this? Could it have been something I did? 705624705625:help

You should figure out who you bought them from so we don't buy them. No they don't typically fail like that.

If you have a shop press you can install new ones but there is a sleeve of steel that needs to be removed. If you want you can put e30 style ball joints, rockauto has them.
