i have a 98 m3 sedan with 19x8.5 with 37mm off set BBS RG-R's 225-40 in front and 245-35 in the rear, i want to upgrade to the H&R Coilover Setup but im wondering if i will have any clearance issues. i got the rear fenders rolled cause of rubbing issues on high speed turns and bumps. also the front wheels dont look centered in the wheel well. my suspension is stock right now any input will surely help. Ill try to post some pics soon

I'd bet that you are going to have some clearance headaches if you want to go super low, but other than maybe some fender rolling in the rear it should be fine.
The front wheel not being centered issue you have is called castor, and its normal.
