2009 e90 328i 4 door sedan. Engine always run hot. I added some coolant, then one days saw huge puddle of water on ground, yellowish color, don't really look like coolant.

Went to a mechanic, they said radiator leak and replaced a radiator. But went home, leak continue. I replaced valve cover gasket and oil filter housing gasket myself. Oil leak stopped and no more smoke comes out from exhaust pipe region. But one day engine very hot again and coolant sign comes up. Stopped the car, later saw a lot of water on ground. On the driver side there are few drops of blueish color, in the middle there are yellowish color water.

Rented radiator pressure test tool from Autozone, put on 21 PSI, 10min passed and still not see any leaking. Before I change OFHG, I did the pressure test and did not see a lot of leaking either. This is strange, because when I driving, the entire tank of coolant just disappeared in few minutes.

Could that be some where on engine that is leaking? and possibly mixed with engine oil? Thanks!

update: added distilled water to coolant tank, pressured tested, no leak. Started engine, 10 minutes later, did not see any leak on ground. Turned around head and saw white vapor from end of car. Took a close look, there are water in the exhaust pipe. Does this mean the head gasket is leaking?
