3rd owner, all service records since purchased new at Santa Barbara BMW.
Below is a partial list of the work done, have all receipts for all parts and work.
All OEM parts except where noted.
7/6/20 (216,338) - Rebuilt top end: New vanos gears, timing chains, tensioners, solenoids and installed new (powder coated) valve covers and new water pump.
4/9/19 (199,894) - Installed long block (with 85,000 miles) and rebuilt transmission. At the same time installed new spark plugs, starter, trans cooler, radiator, coolant tank, all hoses and replaced transmission cooling lines. Remanufactured transmission from Dose Independent (ZF authorized repair shop).
12/7/18 (199,840) – New power steering pump, drive belts, idler pulleys and motor mounts.
6/8/18 (193,767) – Replaced driveline assembly (driveshaft, and flex disc).
2/15/18 (189,727) – Replaced all suspension components and brakes (complete ECS suspension Pro kit for front and rear, Bilstein B6 shocks and struts, Eibach Pro springs, all control arms, CV joints and boots, tie rods, ball joints, bushings, spring pads, everything) – Zimmerman discs and all new pads and sensors. New Battery also installed.
4/19/21 – Replaced trunk struts.

New OEM taillights (professionally tinted) have original
New hood pad
12.5 mm wheel spacers and wheel bolts on rear
Updated mk IV audio
CoCo mats
Bavsound speakers in doors, rebuilt drivers in deck

This car has been very well maintained with no expense spared.

Some more information. I have only driven this car on the highway. I have a 60-mile (round trip) commute to work and do not go through a single stoplight, usually average 24 mpg.
There is no rust anywhere, the car has never seen snow and has rarely been driven in the rain.
It has never been parked outside of a garage.
As the readers of this site know, this is the last year for this model, it’s Alpine white and the paint is in excellent condition. Paintless dent repair has been done and there are no dents or dings.
The headliner is starting to sag and the sale will include new OEM headliner material and a set of wood 750iL C pillar lights. And that is the only thing this car needs.
All the heavy lifting has been done and I have all the receipts to document the parts and work.
