2007 328 xi Phone Menu

My son thought he would be able to get the bluetooth to recognize his phone and I am not sure what he did but now when I press Menu and then try to press phone to enter that menu, it does nothing. Please help!!!

The phone needs to be paired to the car, then you can answer the phone using the microphone and speakers that are built into the car. The car cannot assess the phone menu, but it is able to see the last several calls.

I have an Owner's Manual set for your car if you're interested. I have the E93, but the manual set that I have is for the E90/E91 (sedan/touring).
