I'm in the very middle of a nightmare repair and could use some advice.

Currently, I have the subframe off on my 335d, and I've taken all the bolts out of the oil pan, including the 4 horizontal ones from the transmission. Still, the pan won't come off. I can pry it down about an inch from the front of the engine but the rear is stuck. I've tried rotating the crankshaft incase there's a stuck counterweight or something, to no avail. I've pried at all 6 tabs, including taking my 3 foot pry bar and a hammer to the stubborn corner. I think if I try any harder, something is going to explode. The pan seems to be stuck at the rear of the engine on the driver's side. I've looked at oil pan pictures and I see nothing that could hold it. Spent at least 3 hours on this so far and I'm about ready to cut it out and buy another. Any ideas?

Personally I think there is still a bolt some where holding the pan in because these newer style metal rubber pan gaskets don’t have any gasket sealer on them to make them stick

I was thinking that too, but I've checked every single hole multiple times, on the transmission too. Unless one of the transmission bellhousing bolts is also holding it in, but every picture I've seen shows a flat top oil pan, and the only bolts I haven't taken out are way above the top of the pan.

Solution was 2 hidden bolts accessed through 2 holes in the bottom of the transmission bellhousing.
