Questions about 2013 328 convertible

Hi, New to the group. I am looking at a 2013 328i convertible with the M Sports package. 59K miles, serviced at local dealership since new. I was told I should post my question here...
Questions:
Good and bad about this car?
Issues or problems?
General opinions?

Bad: it's a BMW.
Issues: all the standard BMW stuff, plus convertible stuff

Prepurchase inspection and what kind of car are you coming from

I have had Porsches (8 of them), Mini Coopers, Z4....

I am on BMW #6 at my house, two E36s, two E46s, an E53 and now my '08 E93. One of my E36s was a 'vert, both were 1994.

The E9x has issues with the oil pan leaking. I think it is safe to test the bolts to see if they are tight, give them another 5 ft lb and see if that cures the leak. Obviously you don't want to go crazy and make them over tightened. but if you put your socket on them and they can turn then tighten them and add a few pounds. This is a good time to be using a 1/4" ratchet handle so you can't tighten them too much.

After all of my BMWs, the E93 is very nice. I wish I was able to find a 6-spd manual trans, but I found an '08 with 67,000 miles and an M3 wheel package (Style 220, here, http://www.bmwstylewheels.com/).

My car has the SiriusXM built in, I am really enjoying it. If I leave my house and go 5 miles north or south, I change from one radio market to another and this makes setting my favorite stations all but impossible. SiriusXM gives me the same station everywhere. Never any static or fade. My car also has the pre-wire for a factory (dealer installed option) alarm, but I am having trouble finding one. I really like the back seat, the seat back folds flat for my dog, he gets a flat, level, and carpeted surface to stand on.
