dpf delete tune? emissions?

So I found this exhaust bundle that includes the dpf delete but I'm not sure if it needs to be tuned once it is all installed.... please help :/

Also, is everything here fine in regards to emissions?

This will definitely need a tune to avoid codes and pass emissions. Contact DUDMD in Auburn. I dealt with their tune on an x5 35d and really enjoyed it. They used to have issues at WOT but they fixed that in the last few years.
