Which 330e Parts to Pick from Low Milage Junker?

We just bought a 2017 330e w/ 45k miles. I also have access to a 2017 330e w/ 10k miles thats about to be junked (rear collision).

What parts are worth the effort transferring to the higher mileage car?

I would consider the 45k mile one and 10k mile one somewhat equivalent in terms of wear. Nothing would be worth swapping just for the sake of 10k miles.

Having spares is nice, but that's if you feel like holding parts for a long time.

35,000 mile difference.

I haven't measured, but brake pad and rotors are easy.
Tires on the 45k car are actually newer with less wear.

Lower mileage car is gone after this weekend and can't be missing parts.

Exactly, 35,000 miles is not significant enough for any major components.
Retrofits like LED headlights or something more special like that, *maybe*.

Wear items like brakes, tires, and all, I'd recommend always buying new.
