Hi i'm new to the forum, and from Denmark so excuse my spelling. I'm having a really annoying problem with my 530i.
It will lock up the TC way too soon, when coming out of a 90* corner the car is in 3rd and doing about 20kph (12mph) it will raise the rpm to start accelerating and then go into lock up endning up at 1000rpm, i will then have to push the accelerator half down to get it to go out of lock up, it it really a pain in the ass.
The same happens if i'm driving in the city in a stright line behind other cars, having to keep a low speed and then accelerate slightly, it will raise the rpm (as it should) and then activate the lock up, it makes nealy impossible to use "D" in the city.
Mayby related: If i'm accelerating in lock up and then release the gas, the rpm will flare.
I have a rebuild sonax valve body ( so i'm guessing thats not the problem)
Used a bosch tester to monitor the wheel speed sensors and TPS(but found no iregulaties)
tried a WOT run to test MAF g/s, by my calculations (231hk x 0,80=184,4 g/s) but i measured around 170g/s could that be the problem?
I have no codes and use way too much time searching the web for answars and probable causes, so i'm really hoping someone out there have had similar issues, or might be able to point me in the right direction.
