Does the part has rear PDC?

They do not have PDC - for E39 rears you need to drill 2 holes (they are marked on the back exactly where to drill, and by how much) using a drill - see photo.
The other 2 PDC holes are on the moldings themselves, you can get those separately or do the same and drill on the back of the ones we provide.
