Just to let people who may have idle stalling issues know, I found a way to fix it.

Since installing the SC, the extra load comming back down to idle would pull it down too far, and stall. the ICV could not compensate enough for this.

Coupled with the fact i have a AFM flap style meter, it just couldnt cope.

My solution was to have a very tiny air leak in the system by the use of a small pipe, about 5mm diameter, with a filtered end. With this connected to the throttle, on the constant vacume side, air leaks into the system that the engine does not know about.

It's cured, its PERFECT, best smooth idle ever. Obviously it would run lean if not fixed by extra fueling, so using my PC3 i increased fueling at 500 - 1000 revs by 5% and 1 or 2% around idle.

Its runs great.

Also got the WOT fueling nearly spot on, and transition from vac to boost is smoother.

Definatly feels like a nippy car, outhandles 325 / 328's and out powers them to boot.

I am still only running 5psi, when i get some more cash i will get another eaton SC and up boost to 8 - 9psi.

Highly recommend SC to anyone wanting a nippy 318is or z3.
