Display is out on our 2015 328xi

My wife reported to me that the display screen is blank. She thinks she might have touched something that could have caused it.
Any suggestions on how to get it to display again? We are new to all this technology. I did read in the manual that there is a way to turn off the display but can't find anywhere how to turn it back on.

did you try holding the audio button in for a few seconds? I think that causes an iDrive hard reset.
