e39 headers

can someone point me in the direction of a good set of headers? i need something nicly priced and i don't want the car to loud. i only wanna let the engine breathe a little better i'm not trying to win drag races anytime soon.

on a side note i could use a nice intake manifold to compliment the CAI. any suggestions?
