Need some help with tire fitment. I have a 95 Dinan M3 I bought a few years back with the Dinan Stage 3 suspension system which includes front camber plates. For years I've been running stealth with the OEM 10 spoke wheels. I'm thinking about upgrading to Mille Miglia HT3's 17 x 8 all around in the gunmetal color(from Tirerack of course!) and want to also increase the tire size from the original equipment size-235/40/17 to something wider. Any suggestions? I don't want to roll my fenders.
Thanks for the help.

If you don't want to roll your fenders or use spacers, then I'd stay with 235/40/17. Obviously 245 will fit on the rear, but it MIGHT NOT fit on the front, depending on your alignment settings and suspension geometry.
By switching to 8" wide rims from your current 7-1/2", that will automatically spread out the 235's a little more giving you effectively a larger contact patch without having to actually go to 245's. Also, not all 235's are created equal! :) Some brands are a little wider for a given size... the Bridgestone S03's for instance generally come a little wider than others, so a 235 S03 can be just as wide as a 245 of another brand.
