Hello all!

I am using the 3 pin temp sensor used in the e36, and I ordered the plug housing (pn 61131378410), however, as the name implies - it's just the housing for a plug. I can't seem to find the pn or source the actual 3 pin plug that goes into the plug housing. Presumably it would be part of a harness, and theoretically it should be available in wiring repair, but still no luck finding it.

Any help would be appreciated!

Best regards,

Misha

Pretty much the same result as on realoem. Found the plug housing: http://bmwfans.info/parts-catalog/E36-Sedan/Europe/325i-M50/L-M/jul1995/browse/vehicle_electrical_system/various_plug_terminals_cable_grommet/ (number 12)

If you look at the back of the housing though, seems like there should be a T-shaped, 3 pin plug that is inserted, then locked in.

That's the plug that I can't find. Most I've found is housing and wire sets from china that just insert the wires with pins into the plug housing, but seems so... flimsy/ricey/prone to corrosion...

your pic does not work, and no. 12 is not 3-pin but 10 -pin Universal socket housing uncoded 61136909008 10-POL.
On my E32 temp switch on the side of the radiator for the aux fan I use the # 22 on your link, plug housing 61131378410 3 POL. , also used on E36 in various places, here you have pics from all sides https://www.ecstuning.com/b-genuine-bmw-parts/plug-housing-priced-each/61131378410/
and for the pins I use Snap-in receptacle 2.5 watertight Nr. 1 in this drawing http://bmwfans.info/parts-catalog/E36-Sedan/Europe/325i-M50/L-M/jul1995/browse/vehicle_electrical_system/circular_connector_d_2_5_mm_system

Pins and round recepticles all come individually. (are fitted individually). They usually come in a strip of 10. You have to cramp them on a wire. Some pins I have ordered came cramped on a little pigtail.
