There are several videos on the web that describe fixing the AUX port that has pushed through its hole in the console. Having just gone through this, I have some tips:
1. You do NOT need to remove the console. You can easily get hold of the AUX port by snapping off the cover from the rear of the console and reaching beneath the driver side console cover.
2. To remove the rear console cover, stick your finger beneath the console at the seam for the rear cover, and feel the location and orientation of the lower tabs. Carefully lift the lower tabs on that rear console cover with a strong fingernail or a curved flat tool, and then super carefully and gently jiggle out the hooks at the top of the console cover because after 12 years they are incredibly brittle. If/when you break the hooks off the top, you can repair them by reinforcing them beneath with something like sewing pins covered with a thin layer of JB Weld or other epoxy. DAMHIK
3. Reach in and retrieve the AUX port and unplug its wire at the plug beneath the A/C air duct.
4. The best way to fix this is to make a frame around the AUX plug so it cannot push through the hole again. The trick to making the frame is to find a piece of flat plastic that is soft enough to cut easily and precisely with an exacto knife or scissors, but tough enough that it won't crack or tear at a corner when you are prying the frame over the metal clips on the AUX port. 674326I tried several different materials before discovering an empty hand lotion bottle (lubriderm) in my recycle bin. The narrow sides of the bottle have no printing and are exactly the right width.
