I'm new to bimmerforums and would appreciate a little help. I have a 07 bmw 335i with 144,460 miles that I purchased a couple days ago and I was checking the fluids and I noticed what looks like oil in my coolant reservoir so I checked the oil filter and there is no sign of coolant in my oil. It still runs is it possible previous owner may have put oil in the coolant tank?I forgot to mention it's in limp mode are the two issues connectd? Any help would be great thank you.

No PPI. The codes are cc-id 29,131,132,167,286. About the PPI It was a spur of the moment decision.

If the oil filter housing gasket was ever a large leak which I have seen oil can definetly migrate into the coolant system the top radiator hose is attached to the oil filter housing

Ivs cleaned it out and have to wait and see if happens again. Thank you for the help
