Cabriolet seat adjustment switch for easy access to rear seat not working

Hello all,
I did a search but nothing came up. I have a 2008 335I and the seat adjustment switch to move seat when rear passengers are entering and exiting does not work. The drivers switch works but not the one in seat back near release does not. Any thoughts or does anyone know how to access the switch. Thank you.
