Help installing ISTA

Trying to jnstall ISTA ON MY windows 10 laptop. I need a worki ng copy of INPA installed first. I'm having a hard time installing INPA on that win10 machine. I have a windows XP laptop that has a working copy of INPA. Can't I install ISTA on that machine? How much hard drive space will I need?

Ok I got INPA installed and working from Bimmergeeks site. I downloaded all the ISTA files but I need instructions. I see some videos out there but everybody is speaking with a heavy accent

Can someone lead me to instructions either written or video?
