Engine start and stop

My 2001 BMW525i was sitting couple month.
But it started engine and drivable smoothly for a while, but all of a sudden engine stopped.
After I tried to start engine couple times, the engine started again, but when I released the axle, stopped immediately.
If I push axle pedal to increase more than 2000 rpm, engine didn't stop but if I released the pedal, engine stopped.

I replaced fuel pump, fuel filter, camshaft position sensor, and plugs.
But still same thing. If I keep higher rpm it won't stop but when I try to drive, stop immediately.

Now, I'm thinking to replace Ignition coils, Mass air Flow Sensor and Air Filter.
Any suggestion?:help

Sounds like the MAF could be bad.
Unplug it and see if it will idle without stalling.
Don't worry about the CEL, it will go away after it is plugged back in and the car is started 2-3 times.

Why not replace the car? If it was fuel pump, that would be easiest to check, if you can't plug multimeter and see there are 12V coming to pump, just remove the back seat and listen to the pump if it is actually working or not. Why don't you guys do simple checks before changing parts? A dead coil or plug would cause misfire, can't imagine them all die at once. Without camshaft there won't be any RPMs at all. Seems like you have a huge air leak.
