IPODump utility dump/disassemble IPO files

Hi

if someone interested there is small utility for dump/disassemble IPO files. Requires minimum java 1.8.
Support non interactive files from INPA, NCSEXPERT and NFS (IPO version 1.x).

example:
java -jar IPODump.jar C:\NCSEXPER\SGDAT\A_EWS.IPO
