Wheel fitment question

Good evening,

A friend of mine is thinking about buying an OEM set of M-Parallel wheels (Style 66 I believe) that came off of a 2001 E39 540i M-Sport (staggered) and put them on a 2002 E46 330Ci coupe, will they fit and if not, what type of alteration is needed so they can fit the E46 330Ci coupe? Thanks for your time.

They will fit, but will stick way out because e39 have low 20mm offset, e46 is low 40s. He will also need hub centering rings because e39 is the only bmw that has larger 74.1mm center bore versus standard 72.56mm on all other models. Oh and real MPars are Style 37, style 66 was a 540 sport option.
