So my driver side headlight is out (high beam and low beam) along with the driver side tail light. But here’s the catch up front the halos work and so does the blinker, in the back the brake light works along with the blinker, but why is it just the whole driver side? Do they work in a unified system or is it the footwell module on its way out?

They're all separate components, and even separate circuits inside the FRM. You've probably got a bunch of bulbs out. They probably failed one at a time, and maybe you didn't notice till a lot of them were out. Or maybe water leaked into the headlamp and shorted them out. Do you have xenon headlamps or regular?

You can do what I did and pull the front bumper cover off, disconnect the driver side headlight and connect to the passenger side and see if there are bulbs out.
Mine was fine. Eventually the FRM was replaced and new LED bulbs were used in the OEM headlights replacing the halogen bulbs. Lighrs work now.

Alright so if I do plug the driver side in on the passenger and it works would that be a wiring issue or the frm

Could be both, but you can find out if it is your headlight unit or a bulb.
