2008 535i - would love to make my cigarette lighter hot when car is off

It seems that car manufacturers do not like to have the cigarette lighters hot when the car is off. I love it for phone charging.

Is there a simple way to make the front or rear charger hot.

Trace the wire back and extend/re-pin it or splice it into a hot wire or run a new hot wire to it. Probably easiest to run a new unswitched hot wire to it.

I don't know if the buss systems would like that and it could not let the car go to sleep correctly why do you need a hot lighter

If I run out to my car and my phone is low on a charge, I like to leave it plugged in if I run to a store or playing golf.
