I replaced the blower motor, cabin filter and resistor but still have low air flow from vents. motor speeds all working so I'm thinking there's a door stuck but i don't know where it is.Can anyone help with this?

So the motor speeds all change and it just sounds like the air is blocked?

Are you sure the vents are "open" position? If so, shine a flash light in there and you can definitely tell if the vent is open or closed

Cars with electronic climate control are known to have flap solenoids that don't function correctly and from what other have said the terminals on the solenoid corrode. So you have to access the solenoids, there are a couple on the passenger side kick panel and another on the drivers side. Whatever you do, do not remove the solenoids they are very difficult to re-install. Just disconnect them and clean both sides with Deoxit 5% and maybe a toothbrush.

There is a knurled wheel on the centre air vent that can go from blue to red. When dialled over at the Blue end, air coming from the facial vents will not be affected by the heater circuit (IIRC, if you set the temperature as cold as it'll go, this has a similar effect). At the Red end, air coming from the facial vents will be affected by the heater circuit. In other words, this allows you to bypass the climate-control aspect of the system for the facial vents only (i.e. to have the heater on but still have cool air on the face to reduce fatigue).

Try setting the wheel to the blue side with the facial vents to see if there is any difference. A heater blocked with dust will severely constrict airflow.

The system also closes the air vents when turned off (either manually or when the car is shut off), these vents may not be working either. I'd try Recirculation mode just to see if that makes much difference.

Have a similar problem with my 92 but can only get air through the demister setting. Though I think my heater/ac box is stuffed.
