about to purchase this. 110k on it. new transmission, new radiator, new oil seals, new control arms, like new interior. what do you guys think?

Welcome to the forum. Looks nice but hard to give a good opinion without knowing price and more about the history of the car. Transmission, cooling system and suspension are big ticket items on this car so it's good those have been addressed recently.

thanks! and yeah of course. i know all the history of the car. been with a family member. babied all its life. asking $5900. he’s put 12k into it.
