E 90 front suspension thrust washer.

My first on this list. I have a 2011 E90 with 95,000 mi. Just out of the dealer for a blown footwell box. I was told that the thrust washers were worn or leaking. Looked into it a bit more and found that Turner sells a set of upper and lower control arms that are designed for the M suspension and can be put on my car as an upgrade. It looks like a better bushing than the stock ones on my E90. Has anyone done this conversion and what alternatives do I have.

Dealers like to make work for themselves. I'd check them before I'd replace them.
