Hello!
I have a 2011 328i convertible with navigation. My radio/navigation control unit is faulty and I would like to replace it. It keeps shutting off. I called BMW and they want around $2k to replace. My part number for the control unit is 65129224373 and I see that eBay has used units that match that part number.
My question is if I buy one of these used units, how can I program them? I can do the installation but not sure what type of programming is needed to get my car to recognize the new control unit.
