323xi window wont drop on enter/exit

Just purchased this Bmw. Previous owner said that he unhooked the battery as he wasnt driving the car. I've tried the window reset that was posted....but not working. (Drop window with button hold 5sec after fully lowered then bring up)didnt work.
I'm hoping this is an easy fix...worried someone wont pay attention and break window. Help please. 2008 bmw328xi

A shop with the proper diagnostic equipment can perform window initialization. Assuming that it only needs to be re-initialized and there's not some other issue.
