'04 545i Driver's A/C zone warm after remove/reinstall center console

My a/c has worked great for ages. I had to pull out my console to do some parking brake work. I put it all back together, and now the driver's side blows warm, while the passenger's side still blows cold. What the heck did I do, and how do I fix this?

Could the ventilation flaps be jammed?

So, as it turns out, the console R&R was merely coincidental to the problem, which was low freon. My a/c guy couldn't find a leak so he put some green dye in it. He thinks it might be a slow leak out of the compressor.
