2008 535i wiper chatter

On my second set of wipers . Used bosch first then bought oe Bmw wipers. Chatter and thump when changing direction is terrible. Position looks okay on the blades. I saw a wiper blade position adjustment on Pelican. Is that the next step? any ideas
