Hello all, recently my flexplate broke and is making a loud knocking sound. Soo while my car is out of action I wanted to start my manual swap I already have the pedal assembly and linkage. When I swapped my car with the new bottom end I did all the crank seals etc. Just wondering if anyone here knows if theres a one piece drive shaft available? I found a manual driveshaft from Turner for around 850 I believe, but was thinking of just cutting and extending my auto driveshaft to save some money. Let me know that you guys think I should do.

I've never seen a one-piece DS for an E34. $850 is a ripoff, but that's the reality of some OE parts nowadays. It'll be a lot cheaper to have yours modified, but I'd line up a shop soon, because a lot of driveline shops don't have the fittings to work on these.

Good to know, im going to have to search around and get a quote for the driveshaft. already found a transmission still waiting to get the flywheel and clutch.
