Sorry, I am sure this question has been asked before. My message board is working but the bar above is not, so cant see the miles or temp. Do I need to replace the whole pixel bar or ????? Thanks for your time and advice.

Is it unusual that all the pixels on that whole line would burn out at the same time?

Are you certain it's a pixel issue and not one of the LED bulbs back there burnt out?

The message panel is lit via bulbs. There are five bulbs across the bottom with funky bases. Dealer or BMW supplier.

Gotta remove the cluster.
