You can use any cover, just 3M upholstery glue the same material onto the plastic. As for material sources, there are lots if you search.. way cheaper and a sure thing this way since lots of those small pieces are sagging already.

The panel is specific to the car. Coupe only fits coupe, Sedan to sedan. True regarding fabric. Joanne's Fabric store has good matching gray, tan and black and they always have a 50% coupon on the web. I have also seen people make a cover from hard plastic. Cut it in the shape, apply fabric and then use Velcro. One side on the cover and one side on the motor.
