Replacing the Fin on the Roof Thing

Hey guys... The previous owner put in some cheesy plastic roof fin with an LED that's now broken and may be causing the parasitic draw as well.

Where can I get a replacement for this that looks good? I'm sure there has to be a hole in the roof there, or else how would it get the power right?
