I will be selling my 1992 535i, 5 speed, black on black soon as I am moving and have no need for it anymore. Car is mechanically sound and has zero issues. AC has been upgraded, new tranny 10 years ago, clutch has only 50K on it, new alternator, radiator, suspension, headliner, steering box, B and B stainless exhaust, stainless braided brake lines, windshield, brakes, wiper motor, control arms and bushings. Will have detailed list later in weekend. Car has 373,000 miles, set of 16" style 33 wheels with Conti Extreme Contact DWS06 tires. Also have 15" basketweaves with mounted Nokian Hakka 8 studded tires. Car does have some rust again at bottom of doors - was fixed and repainted in 2000 along with hood. Some small rusting below chrome trim at top of 2 doors. Just putting a feeler out to see if any interest here before I advertise it elsewhere - rather it go to an enthusiast. Car at 80 mph on highway still gets 27 mpg. Feel free to ask me any questions. Like I said will provide detailed list of repairs and replacement parts this weekend. Never been in any accidents. I am in Chicago area and would prefer local pickup but we can talk. As for asking price still not decided but will have number by Monday - it will not be outrageous I am realistic. Photos to follow as well.

I am sorry to hear this. This is a great looking car and from talking with the owner over the last 5 years I know that he has taken care of this car. If I were in the market for an e34 I would trust this car to go almost anywhere.

So in one day a week ago sold the 92 535i 5 speed for $2500 and went to a 2011 Audi S4 w a 333hp supercharged 6 speed V6. Sorry no BMW fit my bill but hey it's still German right? Only one thing left after the sale and that was a www.Dsylva-Tech.ca chip part UltraChips 179.0R, DME 0.261.200.179. $50.00 takes it OBO. Sorry to leave the BMW club but with parts being hard to find for a 27 yr old car and the cash I was offered at 374,812 miles I could not pass on the customer. She loves it and it was for her kid who she wants to drive a stick.
