Hi, I have a 1995 BMW 320i, it has the M50B20 engine in it and it's currently stock, except for a high flow performance exhaust. It only has 150hp which is pretty weak. I want to modify it but don't have tons of money but I would like to make it faster. What are some cheap mods that I could do to get some decent power out of it.

My recommendation: learn how to properly drive your driving machine. Join the Canadian equivalent of the BMWCCA and participate in its driving schools.

As far as getting more power from the engine, it’s basically impossible without spending a ton of Cdn$.

It does take a ton of cash to get more power out of a BMW. It's not like a small block chevy where you bolt on a manifold and headers and when more horsepower

Okay, how much would kids be though? Cause currently I’m not working full time but I’m just over a month I’m working full time again so I will be making more money, I just don’t know a lot about how BMW’s work and what are good starter mods

Sell and upgrade to a more powerful 3-Series,
seriously,the most cost effective option.

LTWs, clears, and a drop. You'll be good to go.

What do you mean by clears and a drop?

Clears he referring to to switching out the amber lenses on headlights, side-markers and taillights to clears. Although IDK if that's a US only thing. And drop being lowering the car on lowering springs or coilovers
